Our website www.savista.com is governed by the following terms and conditions, and by accessing this website you agree to accept without limitation all of these terms of use and conditions of use.

Under normal circumstances, the site is accessible worldwide on the internet. But sometimes, owing to problems such as internet crashes, disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances, access to the website might not be possible. In such a case, please contact us on info@savista.com and we would try to reply to your enquiry directly.

This website is meant only for valid online reservations of rooms and activities at Savista Retreat, and should not be used to make any fraudulent, false or exploratory reservations of rooms or activities. The user alone will be responsible for the security of password, login and account information.

Savista Retreat disclaims any warranty, without limitation expressed or implied, for any errors of omissions that might sometimes occur. The same applies to the accuracy, timeliness, currency and completeness of the contents in this website or any matter relating to other World Wide Web links, or as to merchant debility or fitness.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • We have a uniform rate for all our rooms – USD 179 per night. It is for single and / or double occupancy, and is inclusive of breakfast. Taxes are extra @ 18%.
  • We have a minimum two nights stay policy.
  • We also design all-inclusive packages on request.

Reservation policy:

  • All reservations are subject to availability. Room availability must be confirmed by first making an inquiry.
  • All reservations must be sought directly through direct communication with the hotel only.
  • We do not take reservations through travel agents or any online booking portals or engines. However, the portal Booking.com is an exception to this rule and a certain number of rooms have been allotted to them to be sold through their portal.
  • Once the request is received and availability of room is communicated, room booking can be made by making the payment. This entails paying the full amount of the room charge for the duration for which the reservation is sought. Only after receiving the full payment will the hotel confirm the reservation.
  • Savista Retreat does not take guests who walk in without prior confirmed reservation.

Cancellation policy:

  • If you wish to cancel after having made a confirmed reservation and paid the full amount, a full refund is possible if the cancellation is made upto 60 days prior to the check-in date.
  • After that, no refund can be made in the event of cancellation or no show, for whatever reason.

Payment methods

  • We accept Master and Visa credit cards for which we offer a secure payment gateway. Please contact us for the payment link.
  • We also accept bank to bank transfers and cash. 

Rules & Regulations

  • The Government of India has mandated for all guests to provide to the hotel an identity proof ( passport for foreign guests) at the time of checking in, and other data required in its particular form.
  • Room reservations are subject to availability which must be ascertained by sending a personal email at info@savista.com
  • Personal food and beverages are strictly not permitted on the hotel premises.
  • Savista Retreat shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  • In case of any damage to hotel property by a particular guest during their stay, the accountability to make good that loss will rest with the guest in whose name the booking is made . For this Savista Retreat will fix charges as it deems fit.
  • Cars or their drivers hired by guests will not be allowed to park or stay overnight on the premises of the hotel.
