Daily Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at retreat venue, check-in formalities, welcome drink, introduction to retreat venue and program, evening tea, dinner.

Day 2 Meditation, pranayama, chanting, laughter yoga, breakfast, ayurvedic massage (batch 1), lunch, ayurvedic consultation (batch 1), hatha yoga.

Day 3 Meditation, pranayama, chanting, laughter yoga, Breakfast, Ayurvedic massage (Batch 2), lunch, cooking class, cross country walkthrough croplands and interacting with village households, hatha yoga session, dinner, folk dance and music performance, yoga nidra.

Day 4 Meditation, pranayama, chanting, laughter yoga, Breakfast, Trip to Amber Fort and other nearby monuments, lunch in Amber town, return to Savista, hatha yoga session, dinner, yoga nidra.

Day 5 Meditation, pranayama, chanting, laughter yoga, breakfast, trip to Bagru for block-printing workshop and/or a pottery workshop with village potter, hatha yoga session, dinner, Indian classical instrumental music concert, yoga nidra.

Day 6 Meditation, pranayama, chanting, laughter yoga, breakfast, trip to Jaipur for Pink City walk to experience the city architecture, bazaars (spices, jewelry), and city monuments such as Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, lunch in the city, return to Savista, hatha yoga session, dinner, post dinner experience sharing, evaluation and feedback, yoga nidra.

Day 7 Meditation, Pranayama, chanting, laughter yoga, breakfast, check-out and airport drops as per individual departure schedule.
