under trees), amphitheatre or indoors - the choice of
location is yours.
Our resident yoga teacher
would be happy to put learners through their paces, and
introduce them to simple and joyful methods to de-stress
through breathing, meditation, laughter and other
relaxation techniques. Some of these techniques could be
the beginning of major lifestyle changes for you.
The
swimming pool, tennis court, gym, jogging around the
estate, and walks in the open countryside offer other
diversions for physical exercise.
